We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. Please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right.
Missing or damaged items
Contact us right away if your shipment is missing. We will investigate and determine the best course of action. For damaged items, let us know within 7 days and if possible, please share a photo of the damaged item and box.
All requests for cancellation, change of address, or any other change from a regular order must be made within 24 hours of the subscription going through.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Patera Group Inc. currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for online purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice. The product price does not include shipping.
Sales tax is applied where required. Coffee is not subject to sales tax, will be charged on shipping fees.
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order was received. Your order will be shipped no more than three business days after the payment has been approved.
